Zaloni management team consists of accomplished IT professionals who have worked in leadership positions in companies such as NetApp, IBM, TCS, Fujitsu, Bank of America, Ciena, and GE.

 

Anirban Sharma, Principal and Founder

Anirban is the Founder and a Principal at Zaloni. He has been instrumental in the growth of the solution areas, acquisition of new clients, overseeing client engagements and leading process improvement. Having worked in management positions at companies like NetApp, Fujitsu and others, Anirban brings in technology experience along with business development, product execution, and service delivery of Data center, Telecom and Research Enterprise solutions. He has experience in a wide array of technologies from Infrastructure, Web 2.0 Collaboration to  Content Management and Open source applications. He has partnered with business and sales teams to enable revenue and increase foot print at large enterprise accounts. Prior to starting Zaloni, Anirban was the Senior Manager of Rapid Response Engineering(RRE) at NetApp, where he managed a global team, developing custom, agile and cost effective solutions for NetApp's major accounts including Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Bank of America, British Telecom, Thompson Reuters, Cisco Systems, Agilent, McAfee and others.

Anirban is the co-author of Java in Telecommunications (Wiley, ISBN-0471498262) and holds two patents in infrastructure technology. He has an M.S. in Computer Science from University of Texas at Dallas.

 

Mintu Bora, Vice President, Global Delivery and Operations

Mintu is the Vice President of Global Delivery and Operations and is responsible for the management of client engagements and overseeing the implementation of Zaloni's solutions. He interfaces with C-level decision makers in the Customers' organizations to define and understand strategic and tactical goals, drive stakeholder satisfaction, and translate IT vision into robust IT solutions. Mintu has deep experience in Organizational Strategy Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Program Management, and Quality. He was orchestrating Business Development at Zaloni before moving into his current role. Prior to that, he worked in Tata Consultancy Services from 2000 to 2008. He was a Business Relationship Manager at TCS and owned P&L of two strategic accounts and provided leadership to facilitate seamless global delivery of IT services to the Customer.

Mintu is passionate about Quality and has  led CMMi, PCMM, and Six Sigma initiatives at TCS and GE. He is also a certified ITIL Practitioner and an Agile Coach. He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering from NERIST.
